  14. &lt;p&gt;DC motors from 4.5VDC to 20VDC&lt;/p&gt;

  16. &lt;li&gt;Can control up to four DC motors individually controlled speed (256 levels)&lt;/li&gt;
  17. &lt;li&gt;Can control up to 2 stepper motors.&lt;/li&gt;

  22. &lt;li&gt;4 bi-color LED to indicate the direction of rotation for each motor.&lt;/li&gt;

  24. &lt;li&gt;Only 4 Arduino PWM outputs and 2 analog input are used&lt;/li&gt;
  25. &lt;li&gt;Easy programming thanks to the library developed for this shield (see below).&lt;/li&gt;
  26. &lt;li&gt;Pull down resistors built to disable the motors during board startup.&lt;/li&gt;
